What Can a Material Become?
The first workshop approaches the question What happens to textiles as they move? through the material itself. Expert input introduces different ways of working with existing and discarded textiles. Through material exercises and experimentation, interdisciplinary groups explore how materials can be transformed, reinterpreted and given new possibilities — developing first ideas and concepts from their observations
